Rashesh is one of the co founders at Alexander Rosse, a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Director and holds a first class honours degree in Maths & Management from King’s College, London. He has over 25 years’ plus experience in public practice and industry and commerce with leading blue chip companies. He has a successful and proven track record of delivery on some $5bn corporate finance transactions (acquisitions, disposals and fund raising, IPO), with a particular focus on high growth SME’s within the tech space. When he’s not writing articles he can be found on the football pitch, swimming or spending time with his family boring them endless about his football glory days.
