He has over 25 years’ plus experience in public practice and industry and commerce with leading blue chip companies. He has a successful and proven track record of delivery on some $5bn corporate finance transactions (acquisitions, disposals and fund raising, IPO), with a particular focus on high growth SME’s within the tech space.
