Terms and Conditions

These Alexander Rosse Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) provide information on the Alexander Rosse Referral Program (“Program”).

1. This offer is eligible to participating members of the Alexander Rosse Referral Program (“Referrer(s)”), who share a referral link with a new client and the new client (“Referee(s)”) sign up to Alexander Rosse services during the promotional period for a minimum of 365 days (“Qualified Purchase”). The promotional period starts March 3^rd, 2023, and ends on 31^st May 2023. Alexander Rosse reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new clients and existing clients for this offer. Alexander Rosse further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith.
2. “By signing up to the Alexander Rosse Referral Program you consent to Arth Limited operating as Alexander Rosse (Alexander Rosse, we, our) access and use of your first name, last name, email address, IP address and transactions on our website for the purpose of providing the Alexander Rosse Referral Program. Subject to our privacy policy, as amended from time to time, we will not use your data without your consent or collect your data in a way that specifically identifies individuals for the purpose of sales or marketing. We will implement reasonable measures in accordance with our privacy policy to help ensure this is satisfied.

Referrer Offer Terms.

Participating Referrers are eligible to receive 250 points referral reward for every new paid service received on the Referrer’s behalf. Referral rewards are for paid services to Alexander Rosse after the new client has been a paid client for a minimum of 30 days. There is no limit to how many services a client may refer, and no limit to how much points a member can earn, either in referral rewards or bonus rewards. Points are verified and allocated on the 16th day of the month following the month they are earned. For example, any rewards earned during the month of March will be available 16^th April. Clients must have at least 250 in reward points to initiate an allocation. For each new Referee, the Referrer will receive 250 points reward, if the Referee makes a Qualifying Purchase.  The maximum points, regardless of the number of referrals, the Referrer can accumulate is 2,500 reward points during the promotional period.

1. The Referee invitation must clearly state that the Referrer is eligible to receive a reward if the Referee signs up to Alexander Rosse services for a minimum of 365 days. If the Referral invitation does not clearly state these terms, it is a violation of these Program Terms and may result in your immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any reward owed to you because of your participation in the Program.
2. It may take up to 60 days to process your reward points. The Referrer will receive the reward email after the Referee has made a Qualifying Purchase.
3. Referrers can refer as frequently as they like, however self-Referrals or second accounts will not be rewarded.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other Alexander Rosse offers.

Referee Offer Terms.

Each Referee is entitled to 25% off the list price for Alexander Rosse services for the first 3 months. This offer cannot be combined with any other Alexander Rosse offers. To take advantage of the offer, the Referee must purchase a service and be new to Alexander Rosse and will be charged fees immediately upon onboarding. Offer not eligible for subsequent Alexander Rosse services. Fees subject to change at any time at Alexander Rosse’s sole discretion.

Additional Terms and Conditions.

1. Alexander Rosse and its service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice. Alexander Rosse and its Program service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Alexander Rosse’s services or this Program. Referrals and rewards are subject to verification at Alexander Rosse’s sole discretion.
2. Terms, conditions, pricing, features, service, and support options are subject to change without notice.

Additionally, by participating in the Program, you agree that your Referral invitations will not contain any content that could be deemed by Alexander Rosse, in its sole judgment, to be obscene, violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or for the purpose of encouraging unlawful activities, or otherwise misuse or bring into dispute or disrepute the Alexander Rosse trademark. Alexander Rosse reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks/logos and to hold you in breach of the Agreement for any such unfair uses or misuses in Alexander Rosse’s sole discretion.
